Hi! I’m an incoming Peter Buck Postdoctoral Fellow at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History. I study how ecological and evolutionary processes shape organismal trait variation across space and time using large-scale datasets, museum collections, and computational approaches. You can learn more about my research here.

I recently completed my PhD with Bill Fagan at the University of Maryland. Before coming to the US, I studied biology in Taiwan, sustainability in the Netherlands, and worked with Mao-Ning Tuanmu at Academia Sinica. You can also find my CV here.

Outside of research, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and watching wildlife (always happy to tag along with the pros).
